Cookie Policy

Turnkeep uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not load any third-party measurement tool before you agree to it.

Fonts and all other site assets are served from turnkeep.app itself, so simply visiting a page does not send your information to third-party content networks.

These keep you signed in and protect your account. They are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off.

• Sign-in session cookies, set by our authentication provider, which keep you signed in between visits.

• A security cookie that protects sign-in and form submissions against cross-site request forgery.

• "__cf_bm", set by Cloudflare, the network that serves and protects turnkeep.app. It tells automated bot traffic apart from real visitors so we can keep the site available and block abuse. It lasts about 30 minutes, is not used for analytics or advertising, and is set on every visit because the site cannot be protected without it.

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept Google Analytics. Your answer is stored in your browser under the key "tk_analytics_consent" as "accepted" or "declined". This entry never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers. It simply tells the site whether it may load analytics on your next visit.

Only if you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga to distinguish visitors in aggregate usage reports. These cookies send your IP address and device information to Google. If you decline, the Google Analytics script is never loaded and none of these cookies are set.

You can change your analytics choice at any time using the button below, which clears your stored answer and shows the consent banner again on your next page. You can also clear your browser's site data for turnkeep.app, which removes the stored choice and all cookies.
